Returns & Exchanges Policy

Please note that all postage and return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact us using one of the methods listed on our Contact Us page to request a return.
2. Ensure the item is packed in its original packaging with all tags attached. Must be in the same new conditions.
3. Send the abaya to the return address provided.
4. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service for your return.
5. Once received, the item will undergo a quality inspection before any refund is processed.

Return Fees

All returns are subject to a restocking and administration fee of £3 for the first abaya and £2 for each additional abaya returned.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is faulty or damaged.

For damaged items, MARLYN will reimburse return postage costs up to £5, provided valid proof of postage or receipts are supplied.
